Our Future Plans

Our aim is to continually look for ways to add value to the educational program we offer at St Andrew's, and this includes improving our campus and facilities.

Our Master Plan sets out a long-term vision for how the College site with evolve to support learning, wellbeing, community connection and future growth. It builds on significant recent investment across the campus, including the Learning Hub, Aquatic Centre, underground carpark and multi-purpose courts/playing fields, and reflects our commitment to creating exceptional spaces for our students and wider community.

The updated Master Plan retains the key elements previously identified, with the sequencing of works refined to ensure the delivery pathway is practical, stages and responsive to College priorities. These include new and enhanced learning environments, improved administration and student services spaces, expanded wellbeing and community facilities, upgraded sporting infrastructure and improved circulation and connections across the campus.

Current and future stages of the Master Plan include:

  • Performing Arts Hub and Main Administration Building – The first stage of the Master Plan is the construction of the Performing Arts Hub and Administration Building. The Performing Arts Hub will provide specialist spaces for music, drama and performance, as well as contemporary general learning areas that will be used by students across the College. This stage will create flexible learning environments that support creativity, collaboration and everyday learning. (due for completion October 2026)
  • Wellbeing Hub – Following the opening of the Performing Arts Hub, existing spaces will be repurposed to create a Wellbeing Hub strengthening the College’s ability to support students through accessible wellbeing, pastoral and study spaces. (Commencing late 2026).
  • Future Learning Hub – A future Learning Hub will provide additional contemporary learning environments designed to support collaboration, inquiry and creative learning. These flexible spaces will support evolving approaches to teaching and learning and provide further opportunities for students to work together across disciplines. (Commencing 2027)
  • Sports Hub - Future stages of the Master Plan include the development of a Sports Hub at the nearby Peregian Springs Recreation Centre. This precinct will expand opportunities for students to participate in sport, training and physical development through access to high-quality facilities designed to support both participation and performance. (Commencing 2027)
  • Primary Precinct improvements – Later stages of the Master Plan include improvements within the Primary precinct designed to enhance learning and play environments for younger students and strengthen connections across this part of the campus.

Future developments include the creation of a Senior Study Centre and additional shared spaces that will support independent learning, collaboration and the ongoing life of the College community.

We look forward to sharing regular updates with our community as the Master Plan progresses.

Ultimately, our goal is to design extraordinary spaces that inspires lifelong learners. To create spaces that facilitate a love of learning and a place where students and our community feel they belong.
