Brad is the longest standing Executive member of St Andrew’s, having first joined the College in 2006. Brad leads the College’s Secondary school teaching staff and has responsibility for student wellbeing and the pastoral care needs of our Secondary students. With professional qualifications in Science, Brad teaches Chemistry and is heavily involved in every aspect of student life and the overall culture of the College.

Catriona’s focus on supporting individual employees and guiding people leaders underscores her commitment to achieving organisational goals while maintaining a steadfast dedication to cultivating workplace cultures that attract and retain top-tier talent.

In his own words, Chris “enables things to happen” at St Andrew’s. As Principal of the College, he leads the development and progression of St Andrew’s by enabling staff and students to achieve their personal best. Chris is a Reverend and has been the Principal of St Andrew’s for more that 15 years. He also represents and advocates for Independent schools across Australia as the National Chair of AHISA (Association of Heads of Independent Schools, Australia).

Head of Future Learning

Grant brings extensive experience in innovation to St Andrew’s having previously held leadership roles at the Sydney Centre for Innovation and Learning for more than 11 years. Grant is responsible for driving the professional development program at St Andrew’s to equip staff, and in turn the College, for the future of teaching. Grant also teaches Senior Engineering.

Jaclyn Oudejans

Head of Marketing and Community Development

Jaclyn brings a wealth of experience to St Andrew’s from the Public Sector where she worked in multiple senior leadership roles for the Department of the Premier and Cabinet (QLD) in the areas of marketing and communication. Jaclyn leads the areas of the College responsible for enrolments, marketing, events, Alumni, community engagement and partnerships and philanthropy.

Maggi has been working in the education industry for more than 20 years and brings a wealth of experience to her role at St Andrew’s. Maggi maintains oversight and responsibility for teaching and learning at St Andrew’s, including the College curriculum. Maggi has professional qualifications in Teaching, Educational Leadership, Business and Health Education and is a valued Mathematics teacher at St Andrew’s.

Scott Warfield

Scott leads the St Andrew’s Primary School and is passionate about providing students with a breadth of learning opportunities in academic, sports and cultural pursuits. Scott leads the College’s Primary teaching staff and is responsible for the overall wellbeing and pastoral care of our Primary Students. Prior to St Andrew’s, Scott was Head of Primary at Cannon Hill Anglican College in Brisbane.

Tim Barrett

Tim has been working in the education industry since 1999 and brings extensive experience in student learning to St Andrew’s. Tim leads the College Ministry and the St Andrew’s Institute of Learning (SAIL), which drives the development of staff and Personal Capacity at the College. This includes community service, cultural intelligence training and the St Andrew’s Global Learning Program that facilitates research and collaboration with schools from across the world.

College Council

I accepted an offer to join the College council with experience and success in corporate and academic governance, executive and strategic leadership, and optimising organisational culture and business performance. I am both privileged and inspired to work with fellow council members, educational leaders, professional staff, and the parents and friends of the College community, in shaping our students with the personal capacity to contribute positively to our society.

Governance

As St Andrew's Anglican College is a Diocesan Owned School, the governing body of the School is Diocesan Council.

Diocesan Council delegates certain governance functions to the School Council via the school’s Charter. In circumstances where the directors of the governing body must be provided with a report about sexual abuse or likely sexual abuse the Diocesan Council has, pursuant to Section 366B of the Education (General Provisions) Act, delegated that role to the Executive Director, Anglican Schools Commission.
