The Senior Years Scholarship is open to students entering Year 10 or 11 who has displayed excellent aptitude and attitude towards their studies, achieving consistently high results.
Applicants of this scholarship must display a conscientious commitment to their school community, with a high level of involvement in school life, as well as leadership and service to others. They must also commit to continue this at St Andrew’s. The Senior Years Scholarship offers between 50% and 100% remission of tuition fees and 100% on all compulsory and subject levies, provided that they meet required standards which will be monitored and assessed at an annual review. Co-curricular, non-compulsory trips and other costs such as uniforms, will need to be met by the family.
Applications are open to external applicants only and may be offered to more than one student. The awarding and ongoing honouring of the scholarship is at the discretion of the Principal.
The following documentation is required to support the student’s application, including:
- an introductory letter in student's own handwriting, stating why they would like to attend St Andrew's Anglican College and why they make a worthy candidate for a Senior Years Scholarship
- two latest semester reports
- copies of Certificates of Achievement including NAPLAN results
- a reference from a member of an organisation or association that the student is currently affiliated with
- any other supporting documentation of achievements.
Applications are CLOSED for 2025 entry. Applications for 2026 entry open July 2025.
