Should you wish your child to participate in go-karting, both you and your child are required to fill out and return this indemnity form (please click here to view) to Mrs Sheridan Sugden by Friday 28 July, either in person or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org . In addition, the manager at Kingston Park Raceway has requested that those who wish to participate in go-karting please pre-register by clicking here and filling in the online form (please enter St Andrew’s Anglican College for the booking number).
Please note: Further information regarding student requirements for QCS preparation on Monday 14, Tuesday 15 and Wednesday 16 August will be sent out in the near future.
We ask that you please log onto Parent Lounge to give your child permission to attend the Year 11 Next Steps program by Friday 4 August. Click here for a quickguide on accessing Parent Lounge. Please check your child’s medical details and contact the Secondary Office at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise of any changes in management of your child’s health, or to update their Medicare number. These medical details are taken on the trip by the attending staff, and it is important that they have the correct information.
