The St Andrew's community event of the year is coming on Saturday 27 May 2017.  Join us for a day of fun as rides, stalls and entertainment occur throughout the day. Volunteering - Class reps are working hard in the Primary years to fill rosters for volunteers on the day.  Secondary families can click on the link below to sign up on a roster for each year level.  Please help, we can not run an event this large without you.

Donations - please keep your donations of books, clothes and toys coming along with boxes of soft drink cans, bottles of wine, and/or vouchers or goods for our Silent Auction.

Update 3 May 2017

RAFFLE: We have some amazing prizes in our raffle this year including a holiday at Bedarra Island valued at $14,000!  Raffle tickets are being distributed to the youngest in the family and have been posted home to Secondary families and will be coming home via Primary students.  Please check your letter boxes or school bags to support us in this important part of our Fair Fundraising.

RIDES: There are extra rides this year and no price rise!!!  The Flashdance, Dodgems, Avalanche, Cha Cha, Swinger and Human Hamster Balls for the big kids, along with the Giant Slide, Giant Worm, Pirate Ship, Cannibal Pots and a jumping castle.  There is something for everyone. 

WRISTBANDS FOR UNLIMITED RIDES: The great news is that prices are the same as last year so don't miss the chance to purchase unlimited rides for the day at the early bird rate of $25.  Click here to purchase yours today.  The early bird rate will end at 4pm on Friday 19 May.  Wristbands will then be purchased online for $30 and will be available on the day of the Fair for $35.  It pays to get in early.  (NEW THIS YEAR - Parents will be able to ride free if accompanying a small child on the following rides; Cannibal Pots, Giant Worm, Pirate Ship and Giant Slide.)

The following stalls will be open for the fun of the Fair.  Please look out for separate emails asking how you can help either before or on the day.

Little Saints - Lucky Jars, PFC - Cookies etc, PMC - Wine Tombola, PTL - Slushies, 1CE - Recycled Clothing, 1JS - Tickets and wristbands, 1RG - Pre-loved toys, 2AT - Goal Shooting, 2DB - Crazy Hair, 2HO - Sandpit treasure hunt, 3HS - Cakes etc, 3KC - Zooper Doopers, 3DJ - Balloon Darts, 4RG - Glowies and lollies, 4JR - Lob a Choc, 4MM - Second Hand Books, 5AM - Facepainting and body art, 5LM - Baby Match, 5TH - Fairy Floss, 5IH - Nerf Targets, Year 6 - Laser Tag, Year 7 - Drinks, Year 8 -Silent Auction and BBQ help, Year 9 - BBQ, Year 10 - Pies, Year 11 - Hot Chips & Drinks, Year 12 parents - The Bar.

In addition there will be the Animal Nursery, Pony patting and brushing, Surfboard swap and sell, Hospitality student cafe, Friends of Music Tacos, Buy a carpark for the day, Chess and lots of delicious food.

Can you contribute:

Please send your second hand books, toys and clothes into Main Admin for our second hand stalls.  We are also asking families if possible to donate a box of cans of soft drink or some bottles of wine.  Anything you can contribute will go a long way towards our fundraising.   Please also look out for emails from your Class Parent Representatives who will be organising the details of stalls and will need your help.
