When you enrol at St Andrew's your family becomes part of a positive environment which supports each other in so many ways.
Step 1 - Registration of Interest
Complete this Registration Form for each child and submit this together with a copy of your child/rens birth certificate or passport, copies of their latest 2 school, any other relevant reports and all NAPLAN results. A non - refundable Registration Fee of AUD$150 is required with your application. Receipt of this does not guarantee a place at the College. A letter and receipt will be sent to you confirming registration.
PLEASE NOTE: If the file size of these documents exceeds 10MB, we may not be able to receive your email. It is advisable to send the documents individually, alternatively, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Step 2 - Interview
On receipt of the Registration Form and fee, families will be invited to attend an interview. At this time, any further questions you may have can be discussed fully.
Following an enrolment interview your child will sit a Prep Readiness Evaluation for entry into Prep and a School Placement Evaluation for all other year levels. All students are required to undertake a School Placement Evaluation prior to commencement at the College. This may be a one-on-one child-teacher conversation, a paper assessment or an online assessment. This evaluation allows the College to ascertain each child's learning needs to facilitate a smoother start. The Evaluation is not used for selective purposes and assists the College in better catering for our students. We may make recommendations for your child such as a change in entry year or year level, or learning support or extension review, based on the results.
Step 3 - Enrolment
If a place is available and the interview is successful, you will be sent a Letter of Offer. To accept the place please read the offer thoroughly, sign and return the Enrolment Agreements and other required forms together with the $700 non-refundable enrolment fee. On receipt of this, a place will be confirmed.
Step 4 - Getting ready to start
Congratulations! Your child is now ready to begin their journey at St Andrew's. The Enrolments Registrar will work with you to arrange a uniform fitting, arrange stationery and get your child ready to start.
Families will be notified of orientation days and information sessions for parents and students before commencing at the College.
